i know this has been touched on before but i wanted to see if i could get some feedback. i was an lpn, did an adn bridge and became an rn in 1994. then, in 2002, i did the bsn completion with university of phoenix and continued into the msn program (concentration of leadership and management). i am due to finish in june 05. however, i have applied for a couple of positions and didn't get them. what i want is feedback on whether anyone has experienced any hiring discrimination (ie whether on an online msn is good enough) based on an online msn? any feedback would be much appreciated. i'm not concerned that i'm lacking in some other area. thanks to anybody who takes the time to read this - i really appreciate it.
