Was planning to enroll with Lamar State but they got in trouble with the BON so now they only offer in class only.
I live too far away to apply to WGU.
I don't trust ISU - I read on their website after you fail a test once you have to get College Network study guides & show proof. Plus when I put in my info to find out more about ISU, TCN wouldn't stop calling me.
I can't mentally handle Excelsior.
I know there is Allegeny but I don't know anyone who has used this program & it seems like there are a bunch of hoops to jump through to get in.
So are there any other online bridge programs that I didn't list?

One more came to mind: Hutchinson. LPN to RN Online Bridge | Hutchinson Community College
It does require "6 or 7 trips for 6 or 7 days" to Kansas for clinicals, FAQ is here: Nursing FAQ | Hutchinson Community College
It may be more hoops than other programs, but it's another option. I know, it's not exactly Texas. lol

Lol. Thank you. It looks like I'll just have to wait until my baby is older & I'll go to the community college in town.
No one can say you didn't do all your research!! :) But local is probably best, sounds like. Good luck!

I'm in the same boat as you! I wish somewhere local would offer night classes with night or weekend clinicals!
It's so frustrating! I understand nursing is more business oriented but wouldn't they make more money if they had evening/online classes with evening clinicals? Not everyone can go to school full time. Most of us have kids and/or need to work. Ugh!

That is true OrganizedChaos I have been looking for something like that too because I have little one plus I'm working. Where do you live?
