Do the opposite of what you just said. Make getting a good amount of sleep a PRIORITY. Still have a social life, it might not be AS active, but it's important to still have YOU time. Eat well, drink plenty of fluids, get sleep, pay attention in lecture, take time out for you as well and ENJOY for the most part school. Keep reminding yourself how bad you wanted this and what it took to get there, remind yourself how excited you were to get accepted and don't lose that. Hang on to that eagerness and excitement when things get to hard and remember that when it comes down to an hour more of sleep or an hour more of studying, take the sleep, it will prove to be a smarter choice.
CONGRATULATIONS and good luck on the next chapter in your life!
