When my exam shut off at 75 questions I started shaking and crying
I sat in the parking lot for 20 mins before I felt I was safe to drive
I just got the good pop up

CONGRATULATIONS! Any tips or advice?
I did the Kaplan course and did over 100 questions/day with them and the NCLEX 3500... Over 1/2 my exam was SATA, I had a ton of put in the correct order, I had to read EKG strips, I had to look at a chart and choose the best intervention...
The exam was SO varied I can't even give advice on what to study, because it covered everything

Congratulations! Do you think the NCLEX 3500 or 400 is sufficient enough without Kaplan? I can't afford the course but I would like to make sure that I am doing enough before my exam in exactly one month from today.
I don't know what the 400 is... I did a handful of 3500 questions everyday, just the SATA ones...
quite honestly, I think as long as you do a crap ton of questions over and over that have the rationales for the correct and incorrect answers you should be OK... however I don't know if you'll ever be fully prepared, that was a complete mind game test

Thank you! I meant NCLEX 4000.
I am trying to do 150-200 a day from the NCLEX 4000 CD and the Lippincott Q&A book. They have over 5800 questions. I also might use the success books if I have time. Hopefully it's enough!

How u prepare for sata? And drag and drop? How long did it take u to get prepared . I am using Kaplan 100 question a day and writing wrong answer to keep it in mind. I am sacred about sata type, drag and drop and chart exhibit question about how to get ready for these . God help me!!!!!
I did hundreds of alternative format questions over the past couple weeks... the chart exhibit, I've not seen anywhere that has prep questions for these, wondering if those were all the test questions
We've been using Kaplan with my school since day 1 and I studied only questions for the past 3 weeks... 1-2 hours/day of just questions, over and over again

Congrats!!! what was it like? lol. mine is Wednesday and I am freaking out!! Did you have a lot of SATA?
I had a TON of SATA and alternative questions... I didn't have any med calc questions, though... some of the SATA are pictures now, too apparently.
I took it with my hands in my lap so I wouldn't answer the questions too quickly and just took a deep breath every single question.
