Can the deny me from taking my nclex with mis. bogus ck charges? It has been in the investigative dept for almost 2 months. All paper they required has been sent in and it was declared on int paperwork

It might until all charges have been cleared. Be honest and keep the BON up to date as this progresses.

I don't know if you have gotten your license yet but you should be okay if it's on your initial paperwork when you have a background it takes a little longer in certain states hope everything works out for you
