Oig exclusion list

Hi! Has anyone been placed on the OIG exclusion list? If so, how long did it take for you to get reinstated. I am reinstated through the BON, but am awaiting the letter from the OIG.

Hi! I’m in the exact same boat. License was reinstated in early November. Submitted application to the OIG to be removed from exclusion list in late November. I haven’t heard anything. They said they don’t provide status updates and it can take anywhere from 90-120 days. Any insights? Did you get removed?

Yes, I was actually reinstated by the OIG and didn't know, they said they had mailed a letter and I never received. Look on emails from the OIG and there is a number at the bottom, call it, it is a wait but when I called they were able to tell me I was reinstated and forwarded me an email stating reinstatement, I then sent it to my coordinator.

It was about 2 weeks, maybe less.

I got off the list! On 12/2/22! They “mailed” a letter. I never got it but they just emailed it to me after I harassed them yesterday. Yay!!

My letter states I'm excluded for 5 years? How long was your exclusion? Did you get off the list early?

I was excluded atleast a year or until I got my license reinstated, when can you get you get reinstated?

My letter says a minimum of 5 years ?
