I'm new to the site. I'm a OB coordinator in a 5 LDRP and 2 triage bed unit. We have approximately 300 deliveries per year in a rural community. Anybody out there in a similar environment?

I'm a traveler and have worked in many small rural facilities - I prefer them to the larger places. I'm in one smaller than you describe right now!

Yes!! We are a small county hospital on the coast. We do about 600-700 deliveries per year. Love working in smaller facility. Nothing against big ones mind you. Just prefer small town living.

I am also fairly new to the site. This is my first post. My facility is even smaller than yours. We do about 100 deliveries per year. Only 25 beds in the entire inpatient hospital. I have hard time relating to some of the threads because they often don't apply to my situation.
