Help with GYN case study

  1. Pt has white, non cottage cheese discharge (non-odorous), history of abnormal paps, folliculitis, low grade fever, and slight bleeding during pap. Labs show increased WBC's, with WBC's present upon review of pap results. Pt states she began sexual intercourse at age 13. No other s/s present. Rule out chylamydia(sp?) and trichomonis (sp?). What could be possible diagnosis? I know it's some sort of infection, but I'm not sure what. I was thinking chylamydia(sp?), but was told that was wrong. Any takers??? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Ketcia
