OASIS recertification calendar

Does anyone have any idea where I can go to download a 2008 OASIS certification calendar? I checked the CMS website, but couldn't locate one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I can email you the one I have tomorrow, it's on my desk at work. Send me a pm if you want it.

I never refer to it, I just use the formula I was taught: two months minus two days from initial cert or last recert.
