Hello, I am looking to start the program in Fall of 2017! I'm looking to meet students and take this journey together and share our experience
Yes and we'll all be too busy walking and eating to check the mail lol.
But hey, at least you guys can trust your mail carrier.. I was supposed to get a package today (containing PiYo - I'm adding it to my T25 routine) and it never came.. but it sure got marked as "delivered" under the tracking information . 3 hours of trying to track that sucker down, filing complaints, requesting a redelivery, obsessively checking UPS's tracking information, and viola it's suddenly scheduled for redelivery..
I may never even get a letter lol.
That happen go me last week Saturday both of my school books were to be delivered by USPS. On Saturday one came then Sunday one of my neighbors put it on my porch ...thank God they were kind enough to return to me. However i dnt have time for a mistake like that when it comes to the letters. By the way any body start pricing out or getting books??
I actually did a little research and out of all the mail carriers/ parcel delivery services USPS has the highest rate of misplaced/ undelivered packages. No stats on letters. The letters will be here soon, they will.
But hopefully PiYo and my letter will come on MONDAY.. both.. together. And hopefully I will be over this horrible chest cold and can get in a good workout then finish off the night celebrating our entrance into the nursing program- call everyone I know and tell them the good news-, drink some wine, watch the Bachelor, and then catch the late late episode of Teen Mom lol - sounds like the kind of night dreams are made of! Kids, husband, dogs.. you all are on your own, mom's busy.. Mon night is already planned out to the tee lol and hopefully life cooperates.
Books. No, not yet. I'm holding out because idk if/ when OCC will update it's list of nursing books. I don't want to buy a book and have the instructor tell me that I bought the old version, then not be able to return it, and have to buy a new one. But when I find out what books I need, I will begin my search. I may even consider renting my books again, that's what I've been doing while pursuing my MBA- I find that I have rarely used my textbooks after I've passed a class. I go for whatever is most cost effective though. I am def considering ordering Pharm early though.
Edit: I have no clue where that Amazon link came from. I did not add it in must be allnurses, weird.

I have checked website , my email and i don't have any correspondence about the delayed deadline date. I hope just out of frustration she may have through out some ridiculous date. either way i think it was wrong without saying they will be sending a mass email or some form of contacting the applicants. I remember 2016 got theirs today and i am hoping we all be surprised but seeing they kept saying they haven't mailed them out yet its probably not going to happen. A girl can wish though! Monday I will be contacting the Dean for clarification on some of the things that are questionable.
