I applied to all the schools you listed with the exception of molloy ( the three years was a killer). I got rejected from all the schools but that because although my science gpa was high 3.8, my overall gpa from my under grad was complete trash (under a 2.5). Your g.p.a sounds very competitive. I think you have a better chance at the other schools listed, stony brook is so affordable that it makes the applicant pool a monster. Also from research I believe stony brook gets thousands of applicants but only has 60 seats. On the other hand a school like NYU, gosh I believe they accept about 200 students into their program and its almost 90 thousands dollars. Way better chance of getting in. You got this, keep the faith!!
