Hi all,
I have been working in DC are as local contract. Made good money. But I am going to school this fall in NJ. And as per my adviser in school I should get an ICU experience. So I applied to bunch of hospitals in NJ and NY. And got a call from NYP.
I have a couple of concerns...from past experience, I really fit in well in a very fast paced, city hospitals. I am independent yet a very good team player. I don't like to chit-chat besides it's work related. I am a bit serious, focused...so here is my question...which NYP hospitals very well suited for my personality...columbia, cornell...
My other question....what is hourly rate for RN with 3 years experience in tele, surgical step-down, and breif ER. I have BSN in NYC...what other benefits should i put on the table...
thanks,
