Hello everyone I know similar threads are out like this but I feel they're too out dated or really don't answer the questions I have. So with that being said I have an interview with Colombia for a RN position in a med/surg float pool per-diem. I just wanted to know what type of questions should i be expecting (head to toe assessment, what would you do in certain situations etc.). Also what are the starting per-diem wages for a RN with 2years experience.
Thanks in advance to all!!

I wouldn't worry about questions dealing with clinical situations. Expect more of the, tell me about a time when you had a difficult situation and how did you deal with it, etc. What are some negative qualities you may have. Expect questions like that.
