please help. this is a required document for printing and i would like to ask regarding the ny-cvs "authorization for validation of registration/license print out. it says that this form must be printed, signed and mailed to cgfns. once printed, please write or type in the name of the registration authority on the form.

Where ever you currently hold a license needs to be listed there. You sign and send those releases to CVS and they take care of getting the documents for you.

Since you are new here, not sure if you are aware that it takes about 8 months or so to be able to get approval to write the NCLEX exam for NY, as well as the fact that we have not seen any facilities in some time wishing to petition from there, and even more so now due to the retrogression.

Not sure if you hold a green card at this point in time or have a visa that will permit you to work.
