Nutrition/ would you take it w/ A&P, Chem?

Trying to decide if I want to take Nutrition in the fall with my other classes. Any advice? What exactly does Nutrition entail?

Thanks

I'm taking Anatomy and Chem (and an english class) in the fall, and I plan on taking Nutrition also (the class is full right now but I'm going to try to add in), and I work full time and am married. I think Nutrition will probably be pretty easy if you already have a basic knowledge of the components of food (carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins, etc), but if you don't know anything about the subject at all I'd say it would probably be best to do it when you have less science classes.

i say go for it. i took nutrition in jan and my teacher was a joke. we had a packet to take home every wk that was worth a quiz grade and the mid term/final were based on the exact q's and we were able to bring an index card for the exams. i passed w/ a 99 and didn't study once. the book i have is very interesting and will keep it for future use. you learn all about all the vit's, diseases associated w/ toxicity - defficiency. infant - elderly vitamin needs. BMI / DRI. very basic anatomy. im glad i have A&P 1 and 2 before this class, it made it a lot easier to understand what he was talking about.
