Intervals People, Intervals!!!

  1. What I have found to be most helpful in studying is studying in intervals. I do at least 4 sets before I give myself an extended break. I set my timer on my iPhone for 45 minutes. During this time, I cut all other distractions. That means silencing my phone and going to a place where I have peace and study. After I have completed my 45 minutes I am rewarded 15 minutes of free time. In this free time I do stuff that is unrelated to school. Hope this works for you!!
