Can I say for a Nursing Diagnosis: Impaired tissue integrity r/t impaired physical mobility and deficit nutrition aeb stage III decubitous ulcer at groin?
You help is so appreciated. What did they do before this site was here to explain what teachers' don't ?

You could only use the medical diagnoses of cardiomegaly, renal failure and acute MI if you include them with the related factor as "secondary to" the related factor (also "due to").
Is this true for any sort of medical diagnosis when formulating a nursing diagnosis? (because we were taught not to use medical diagnoses)

Yes, but speak to your nursing instructors to see if it is OK with them before doing it.
