Ok, so Im really bad about planning out my entire life... everyone teases me about it, but, I am planning to have my prereq's done by this fall semester, & starting nursing school next march. I am working a full time job now, and saving what I can so that I can go to school full time & not have to work when I start my RN program. I figured if I can save $5000 by march, I will need about $10,000 more. My RN program in an accelerated program, so its 16 months... so I should be able to make $15k stretch that long if I move back in with my dad. Anyways, to the point, does anyone know how and where to get a $10,000 loan?
Thank you so much for your help!

Your school should have a financial aid office, and they can tell you everything you need to know. Most schools have loan workshops, and people who know all about federal financial aid (aka the FAFSA).

And start looking for scholarships
and grants now. The longer you involve yourself in the process, the more chance you have of getting positive results. Don't overlook employer sponsorship programs. Some people don't like the commitment issue, but it can also be looked at from the standpoint of job security (at least until your assistance is paid for). Good luck.
