What about a book for preparing for NCLEX-RN? Or a free or inexpensive continuing education course (on-line or in a journal) that will give you the correct answers?

I found that many questions on my final came from Mosby's and Saunders NCLEX reviews. They also help to get you in the mind set to answer the types of questions. Saunders was the easiest for me to use, the rationales were in the same section as opposed to the back of the book. Go to Barnes and Nobles. There is a section just for Nursing. Hopes this helps...good luck!:rolleyes:
