Help with a clinical question

  1. i would appreciate any help. i have a clinical question for an anatomy class and i can not figure out the answer or where to find it. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    when the white blood cell count is depressed, the classic signs of infection such as redness, heat, and swelling are not manifested. in this case, the nurse should avoid administering aspirin. explain why.

    Aspirin inhibits prostogladins which mediates inflamation. You have to get all the good stuff in blood to the area of injury.
