Hi, I'm a first year nursing student looking to speak with nurses about interventions used with stroke survivors after discharge from the hospital to their homes.

I have a research paper that indicates 6 commonly used interventions and I want to find out from people in the field if they are using the same interventions, at what intervals and what criteria is used to determine the level of intervention.
