APA citation

I'm hoping someone can help. I'm using an Act (Canadian Multiculturalism Act). I have the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association Sixth edition in front of me but I can't find this answer.

This Act was made in 1985 but amended in 2003.

I have figured out in text citation should say

Canadian Multiculturalism Act(???)

I'm not sure what year to put down.

I'd love any help thank you.

2003. You need to identify the revision tjat you used.

I used that site for the general layout of my nursing term paper this semester. You are right, it is a wonderful section.

I had time to further research this subject this evening, and apparently I was wrong.

According to the Government Documents - APA Citation Style Guide (6th ed.) - Guides at Douglas College (a Canadian school) the APA Style Manual does not cover Canadian government publications. They do, however, provide their interpretation of how these publications could be cited.
