Nursing Shoes for High Arches?

I start nursing school in less than 2 months:laugh: and now I'm trying to find some white nursing shoes that won't hurt or pinch the tops of my feet. I have super high arches and I tend to over pronate a lot because of it, and sometimes this results in plantar fasciitis. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Invest in a good pair of custom insoles. I have the same problem and a super plain pair of New Balance sneakers plus custom insoles do the trick.

For problems with the laces, look at different lacing methods: Ian's Shoelace Site - Shoe Lacing Methods

Thanks! I'm not sure if I'm allowed to wear new balance, the paperwork we got for orientation says that we have to wear closed leather white nursing shoes, no open backs her toes and K Swiss is approved but that's it. What kind of custom insoles do you have? I'm not sure where to get them other than a custom running store

Check out Alegria Professional shoes. They have a few all-white styles that will work with your school's dress code.
