Nursing Service Scholarship at Rush

Hi, I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted for the ABSN program at Rush for Jan 08 did the nursing service scholarship application. If you did, did you hear from the committee yet?

I sent in my application for the final deadline, so I think we're supposed to be contacted for an interview late this month, and then find out if we get it or not in November. When did you send in your application?

I did, went for an interview but got a letter a month ago that I was not accepted. It was really disappointing . Oh well.......

The interview was similar to the admissions interview. Met about 4 people who brought out my file(admission essays , scholarship essays etc)and started asking similar questions as the admissions interview.

I honestly don't know what they were looking for or what their criteria was cos I have wondered what I said or did that day that could have made them decide not to give me

Anyway do your best during the interview and I wish you Good luck .

I called today to ask about when we should be notified/asked for an interview. They directed me to someone's voicemail, and I left message, but they haven't called me back yet.

Can you believe we'll be starting in two months??
