i know there are tons of threads on watches already, but have yet to find what i need.

i graduate from nursing school next month and already have my first job. i have a watch that i've used through clinicals, but i'm not crazy about it and would love to find a better one.

my job will be night-shift so i'd love for it to have the night-glow/glow-in-the-dark feature, silicone, second hand with a larger face. digital or analog, i have no preference there. would love that it had military time on it. plus, since i don't have the job yet, i also have very limited money, so less than $30 would be a plus!

Timex Expedition: 24 hour time option, analog/digital, Indiglo, basically indestructible. A quick search on eBay revealed at least thirty options for less than $30

Ebay has fob watches that pin to your scrubs for hands-free use. I got a cheapie one with a glow-in-the-dark face for about two bucks.
