Why is it that every scrub top I like the look of is made from 100% cotton. The few that I already own definitely need to be ironed before I wear them. And I hate to iron! Any advice on how to get the best ironing job done quickly?

Iron the tops while they're still damp.

yeppers it is the moisture, a really aggressive steam iron helps, a higher end $s one generally generates more steam, and last but not least, is some spray starch or sizing............... :banghead:

I couldn't possibly iron without spray starch.

It makes a massive difference in how your uniform, as well as your other clothes, look.

Spray starch is also cheap and a can lasts forever. I usually use "Faultless" and it runs about $1.50.

I personally like the Grey's Anatomy scrubs...they are not 100% cotton, but anything and everything comes out of them, they breathe well, and if you take them out of the dryer promptly, there isn't a wrinkle to be found in them.

with my 100% scrubs, as long as i take them out of the dryer when they are still warm, shake them out, and then hang them up, they don't wrinkle.

Where do you find 100% cotton scrubs! I just passed the NCLEX and start nursing next week, but can't find cotton uniforms anywhere and I'm allergic to polyester. My nursing school and CNA uniforms are 100% cotton...so I know they make them.

There are lots of cute cotton scrubs here:

This is by far, my favorite online scrub site. They are not cheap, but they are high quality and long-lasting.

Thank you so much for the website address, I'll check it out!
