Does anyone have any suggestions for dosage calculations and fundamentals? We have an ATI and need to pass with a 90% for my fundamentals class and a 85% or higher for dosage calculations.

If you guys have any resources or tips it would be greatly appreciated. I have been using simple nursing and it had been super helpful.

A lot of my classmates used RegisteredNurseRN on Youtube to study for our dosage calculation exam (we had to have a 100% to pass!). I just worked practice problems, over and over again. Go through each question and practice picking out and circling the key information because they will add in lots of crap that you don't actually need to try to confuse you. Memorize your tubing drips (ie. micro vs. macrodrip, what's the drip factor for each?) in case they only give you that and not the number. Hope this helps!

I practiced ATI dosage questions everyday. I would plug the number back in once I found the answers to make sure it’s right before I moved on. Honestly practice is key. I liked desired over have but I would use whatever works for you. Once I got better I would alternate between methods for certain problems.
