Has anyone ever used a service to help write their nursing essay? That could have been part of my problem and I don't want to repeat it! Any thoughts / advice / recommendations?
Thanks!

I definitely would caution anyone against relying heavily on a service to help write an admission essay and/or a student paper. However, a lot depends on how you use the service. Are you just using them to critique your grammar, punctuation, etc.? ... or are you using them for significant help with your content?
Schools don't want a generic essay that sounds like pre-packaged drivel. They want to see who YOU are -- not the words of some grad student. You HOPE that the school you are applying to you can tell the difference.
Get whatever help you need in advance to help you learn how to put an essay together -- but keep the content totally YOURS. It should be consistent with what they see in the rest of your application package -- interests, grades, etc. and together, those things should present a consistent picture of a person who will succeed in nursing school and become a good nurse.
