Hey everyone! I've been a nurse for about 8-9 months and I'm looking to move from med-surg to mother baby. My question is: Should I include my clinical experience at this point? I have clinical experience in the NICU, Post partum and Labor and Delivery but I was wondering if I should include all my clinical experience. I didn't know if I've already moved beyond including it in my resume at this point.

I'd consider including it if the clinical experience was in the hospital to which you are applying. Otherwise leave it off.

I would leave it off. As a hiring manager I do not really pay much attention to this. We know students rotate through areas. I would only include it if it was an extended clinical experience such as a practicum or internship. Good luck!
