I have a problem, hope someone can help.I am a RN licensed in California. Have moved to the UK with my british husband. I have spent the last 1 1/2 yrs in the process of attempting to get my british nursing license. Now after all this time, they tell me they expect a 3yr nursing training. My college I went to was a 2 yr program, so after all this time, effort and money, I feel screwed. I am contemplating becoming a travel nurse 6 months out of the year back in the US. I have 25 yrs nursing experience in L&D and 2-3 yrs in Telemetry.
Does anyone know what states have reciprocity with California ?? Thanks very kindly :)

You will have to apply for a license in the state you plan to live and work.

There's no such thing as "reciprocity" of licenses. You will have to get licensed in any state you want to work in.
