Nursing Priorities

I have to write an essay establishing 2 priorities of care of a community nurse and apply the clinical reasoning cycle.

My patient has a diagnosis of parkinson's disease and is experiencing loss of balance resulting in a fall, unsteady gait, increased confusion etc.

Would i be correct in identifying loss of balance and increased confusion as my 2 care priorities? Loss of balance/ unsteady gait puts makes him a high falls risk. And increased confusion will contribute to inability to perform ADLs, work etc. My patient is adamant he will be fine on his own at home.

Other than the care priorities, I am confused how to structure the essay utilising the clinical reasoning cycle. Should i follow each step of the cycle to create my paragraphs?
