I was terminated from my ER job for improperly wasting of a controlled substance. I was never asked for or given a drug test. It was sent to the Attorney Gens for review. I did obtain a lawyer, and in 4 weeks noone has contacted me. DOH sent papers to join PNAP and sign a contract, but I looked into the contract and it is ridiculous. PNAP said I can refuse evaluation, but it may end up on my license regardless... PLEASE ANY THOUGHTS OR ADVICE???
