i have paid them $3,000 for my study systems, and have received 4 of the 10 so far.

i have been trying to get the remaining 6 study systems for the last 4 weeks.

my "academic adviser", **** ****** will not return my phone calls or e-mails.

i also left a message for another adviser, and he neglected to respond as well.

this is outrageous! i payed for them. they are my property, and should be sent immediately!

i should at least get a response of some sort.

i do not recommend dealing with rue. they have caused me so much stress and anxiety.

i have informed my "adviser" that i will notify her supervisor, and blog about this situation.

let's see if she has anything to say now.

Check with your state Attorney General's office, the BBB, or the FTC website to see what you can do to remedy this situation. Or see an attorney for legal advice. There must be some reason these people have not sent your paid-for merchandise. Would certainly be interested in hearing what their reason is.

from what i hear, you have two options: wait till you get the additional study systems or sue in small claims court for the cost of the items you did not receive. if the items is a complete system and it does not come in parts, then you would sue in small claims fourt for the entire amount. small claims court is easy. you fill out the form stating why you are filing, pay the filing fee, ane either have a friend serve the papers or pay for a process server to serve the papers. of course, you could also include the cost of the filing fee and process server in what you are owed as well. you wait till you have a court date and show up prepared with evidece you paid for the items.show the contract and/or the receipt. any emails you received would be very helpful to your case. any notes you have regarding what happened. the other side will come in and will present their case--that they owe you nothing; that you did not order anything from them; or that you are right. there are no attorneys present and it is an informal hearing.
