Hi,

Just looking to find out the reputation of Rob Wolff (rob CPNE DVD). I ordered a DVD on 10/16/09 and still havent received it. I emailed him several times and still no response from him. If anyone else has had this problem please let me know. Im calling paypal to get me my refunded and im reporting him. Thanks

Try using the 'contact us' form on his website. He responded fairly quickly when I used that form. But I think he works during the day, so he probably won't get your message until later in the evening. Good luck!

It took me 3 days to get it. I'm glad I did get it.

I don't think you need to report him. He's a busy man.

I just emailed him to direct him to your post here -- it's been a while since we corresponded, but I thought I'd give it a try. Do try to contact him through his website, as LPN_2005 suggested -- Rob is a great guy, and not looking to rip anyone off.

hello all, this is robbie wolff and i am the creator of the robscpne website. i first have to apologize because the person that states that i never contacted her is correct. the reason for this is that he/she probably responded to the automatic e-mail that goes out with every purchase.

i do not respond to those as it is an outgoing email only. someone had suggested that this person use the "contact us" button on my website to get a hold of me. that is the one sure fire way to contact me as i check my e-mails almost every 2 hours while i am at work. i know he/she said she did use this button but i have gotten no email recently that states that a dvd was not delivered (those emails are high on my priority list to reslove immediately)

so to the person who has not received his/her video i am sorry for the inconvenience. please use the contact us tab on my website and i will respond to whatever issues you may have. i will change the outgoing email message for orders to read do not respond to this email. that way this will not happen again. good luck to everyone on their cpne (and thanks lisa for making me aware ! )

Thank everyone for there help.. i eventually spoke with him.. but the way the world is now you have to be very careful but he is sending the DVD out. Thanks LunahRN and thanks Robbie

I'm glad you got in contact with him! He is a great guy! He wouldn't have stayed in business for this long if he was ripping everyone off. I also hope you got the chance to read his good reviews on his website, they are very encouraging!

This is one of the first videos to view when starting out. I highly recommend.

Ditto. But everyone should also remember, no video, or workshop takes the place of reading the guide.Sure evrything else just gets to the meat, but you need to know the little extra's that only the guide covers. This is what I recommend when using Robs, I can speak on his material because I actually have it.

- Make your own flashcard WORD for WORD, of the critical elements (or order the straight from EC)

- Print Rob's Mnemonic picture's out on index cards, then write them out on the other side

- Watch Rob's video passively a few times to get where he is going with things

- Take one or two AOC's per week to really study

- Take the Word for Word critical element flash cards, and the matching Robs Mnemonic flash cards, with you every where, and memorize them.

- Then when you get into really watching the video, to help commit things to "muscle memory", you will already know the critical elements and mnemonics backwards and forwards, and you'll be much more confident.

Just my :twocents:

Thanks everyone.. i already watched it once and about to watch it right now.. until next time..enjoy the rest of the day

Glad you got everything straight. Happy studying.
