I am really excited, after passing NCLEX this week I decided it was time to get started with Excelsior. I just registered for Health Safety and also purchaed the practice exams. I guess I'll wait and see how I do on the first practice exam and then schedule my "real" exam. I hope the practice tests are similar to the real thing. I am using Studygroup 101 notes as well as my books from LPN school. I just wanted to share! I am so ready to get through this program. I am aiming on having all my exams done and be CPNE eligible by the end of the year....doable??

good luck to you!!!! i did all my nursing exams in 7 months. if you study hard you can take one every four weeks. got my last one coming up in a few weeks!!!!! can't believe i'm almost near the end.

I just took the first practice exam w/out studying and got an 82, I'm gonna brush up on a few things and schedule it soon.

I did all my nursing exams in 5 months, and that was even having to take the one that you LPNs get to skip -- I was (still am) a paramedic, so we have an extra EC exam (Health Differences, formerly NC2). Great score on the practice exam. Good luck!!

You will probably have a easier time with the nursing test since your fresh out of LPN school. With that score you need to schedule the test soon and take it. Most people only score in the 60 &70's on the test so an 82 is an excellent grade. Good Luck! EC has changed my life.

I took my first exam Sept 4th and my last exam (#8) is on Tuesday!! If you're motivated to get through the program you can definitely do it by the end of the year! An 82 is a great score on the practice exams, I usually score in the 70's and I've gotten mostly A's and B's on the exams.

you guys are really doing it, now am having problem passing health safety and transition to RN, am retaking both exam in a month please help me !!!!!!!!:down:
