    I would like to know just how "experienced" these nurses are. Are they ready to walk onto the floor and work, with a brief orientation? Or are they being called "experienced" to justify bringing them here? Or maybe there are inexperienced new grads among them?

    I was raised not to far from El Centro and havent been there in a few years but, believe me, there is a reason they cant get nurses to move to that place.

    Thats good, I'll be going to school for a year and I want to be a nurse. So in 30 years, that will be my career!

    Its nice to know that nurses will always be needed.
