    Nurses at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in Creve Couer, Mo., have begun a strike after failing to reach a contract agreement with the hospital. St. John's, a Catholic, nonprofit hospital, is part of the St. Louis-based Sisters of Mercy Health System.

    Let's see here: The L&D nurse in the article says there aren't enough L&D nurses. The Chief Nursing Officer says staffing is peachy. The article concludes with a comment about additional requests made of US Nursing for more nurses with critical needs noted in L&D.

    Wonder who is lying about the true state of affairs/staffing in L&D? :uhoh21:
