Nurses rally to keep hospice (The Republican)

  1. GREENFIELD - Nurses are seeking community support in an effort to get Baystate Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice to remain open.

While there is Hospice of Franklin County, and the Overlook and Gentiva visiting nurse services to turn to when Baystate formally closes its doors next month, the services of Baystate cannot fully be replaced, nurses said.

    This is really sad.
The nurses have found other jobs but patients had to go to nursing homes.
