I always thought the Healing Threads were great. Would definitely invest in some if I was going to spend some time in the hospital.

My husband had to go to the urologist last week. The MA was going to do a procedure where hubby had to have his suprapubic area exposed (wearing no pants or underwear) and he asked for a drape to put over his "parts". The MA looked at him like he was nuts. Drape? Then she scurried around the office and came back about 5 minutes later with a BEDSHEET from the hospital supply. I guess this urology office doesn't routinely give men drapes, no matter how exposed they are??? What the hey, aren't men allowed to have a little dignity, too? At least GYN offices recognize that *some* form of cover-up provides a little dignity. (Very little, I know.)

    That is terrible.
