let's talk about the one and only fact that matters: proper staffing of nursing personnel.
nurses are the only ingredient in the hospital equation that are essential in order for a hospital to function at all -- no matter how advanced the hospital's technology is, how good the doctors are, or what condition the hospital is in. the problem is that hospitals do not want to pay nurses enough to keep staffing at safe levels, and the public does not realize this ...
