nursing licensure

This is going to be a long road for me but I'm not willing to give up on my dreams. I got convicted of a felony aggravated dui in Arizona on May 2014, it actually happened January 2013, and I spent a little over a year fighting it because I knew what the outcome was going to be if I plead guilty, nobody was injured or anything like that. I made a huge mistake!! I am almost done with my classes to apply for nursing school. Now in Arizona, I have to wait 5 years before I can even apply or until I can get my license. If that's what I have to do that's what I'm going to do. I've done tons of research and I'm having trouble looking for other states that may not be that way. I'd like to know, what's the least amount of time that I'd have to wait to get my license? I know that even with a license I still might not be hired by anyone and like I said I have a long hard road ahead of me, but I am determined to see this through and when I'm done if they finally tell me, I'm no good, then I will accept it. Any help I can get from anyone will be greatly appreciated. I don't care where I have to live, another country or another state, but I would like to get this done as soon as possible. I'm not getting any younger. Thank you
