Stipulated Settlements CA BRN

  1. Hi, I graduated from nursing school 12/2017 and I have an old criminal record that got expunged etc. I was denied RN license but appealed and got to take NCLEX one time which I did in May 2018. I signed a stipulated agreement for probation in August 2018 and am still waiting for an answer. Its been 10 months and no one can tell me when I am going to get my RN license. Is anyone dealing with the same thing or have some insight into when I might be getting my license? How can I speed this up or get some straight answers from the CA BRN? Thanks!

Ten months seems like an awful long time, sorry you are dealing with this and I wish I had answers for you. I knew it was going to take a while for them to work on my case and it took at least three months, but I ended up with a unrestricted license. I guess all you can do I wait. I wonder if taking a trip to Sacramento would get you any answers? Best of luck to you!!
