Does anyone know if the BON in Florida looks at arrests only or arrests also? I know their website talks about convictions but I see nothing about arrests. Anyone with experience in Florida have any insight?

Arrests show uo on your record. It depends on the charge and time frame. For example if you were arrested but not [I]yet[I] convicted, the fact that you have an arrest will be a serious problem. As will any drug, theft, or violent charges. As a nurse you have access to sick and helpless people, as well as their belongings. So theft is not ok. Best bet is to call the BON with specifics (not provided here) or an attorney to get the charges cleared from your record.
