Nursing job advice

Published

Hi all,

I am currently working as a Full time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario, Canada, Long term care (3 years experience). I am planning to move to Colorado, in next few months. My husband got a job in Col. university. I prefer to go back to school if I have to upgrade in to RN or BSC. If anybody knows the precess please let me know. I have twin boys age 12. They are in gifted program in ON. What is the best place to live close to university. School is the priority.

Thanks

Doesn't your husband's job give you a visa allowing you to work in the US? That may be easier to do whilst bridging to RN

It may be difficult finding school that does brick and mortar upgrade to RN as most I see are online courses
