    Thanks! Unfortunately, I am allergic to latex. I am still a student, and only one of the facilities I have done clinicals at provided non-latex gloves. I have had to use low quality synthetics for a while. I do feel that they leak a lot. I am often concerned about the safety of my gloves, but I have no other choice. I graduate soon, and I plan to demand nitrile gloves!

    We use Nitrile gloves where I work. Some of our sterile gloves are powdered latex though. I must admit... powdered latex gloves really do feel the best. Though I am always afraid that I'll end up becoming allergic to latex, so I make sure to wash my hands right away after taking them off.
