I couldn't find whether or not video links are allowed (via youtube). I suppose I'll find out if it's not allowed I saw this on my facebook today(my facebook info is NOT in the link) and ended up laughing so hard I almost experienced bladder incontinence!

Ok, that was just too funny!

I love the videos this guy makes. So truthful and funny.

Priceless! I would add those "Best Practice" pop ups in Epic to the list of irritants to the posterior.

THAT. IS. AWESOME. ...and unfortunately so truthful

I know! I've had that same "work harder not smarter" line of doo-doo from someone who had never touched a patient...

That was great! I was laughing until my eyes teared up. Thanks so much for sharing!!!!

Almost woke my kid up laughing.

I remember when the hospital that I worked at thought that they would increase patient satisfaction by having administration go into their room every day and play 20 questions. This was about ten years ago and it would drive us, the nursing staff, bananas. It didn't matter what time of day it was, whenever someone who did't work with patients decided to pick up the clipboard and run through a checkoff sheet worked for them. 7:30am, just finished shift report 15 minutes earlier, administration goes in and starts quizzing my alert and oriented walkie talkie and asked him if he had been given a bed bath today. His response, "They're finally allowing me to eat this morning. Can I finish my breakfast first?"...then we see them on the floor and quickly go into the confused and forgetful yet presents alert and oriented to the non-nursing staff member patient's room and ask them, "have you been bathed yet?"...little old confused and forgetful patient, "Why, no!"...nurse quickly washes patient before getting questioned by administration why all ten patients had not been bathed before lunch and the CNA sees the nurse putting the bath necessities away and states, "What are you doing? I already gave her a bath."...a few minutes later admin goes in the room and asks, "Have you been given a bath today". Patient states, "Why, no!". Admin goes out and finds nurses, accusingly asking why the patient didn't get bathed. Nurse states, "If you would check the chart first you would know that she is confused and forgetful. You would also see that she's been bathed twice because she told the nurse that she had not been bathed. You're more than welcome to give her a third one if you wish."....This charade went on for months....who cares if you have two patients out of 10 going bad (yeah, stellar ratios to boot!), make sure you do all of your baths in the morning!
