I am one of your views. I know nothing about Cali, as probably most others who have viewed this. I've never even been to the west coast, but i was curious about your post and thought I would read it and see what your post was about.

Try posting in the California forums, perhaps it will get more response there from people who know the facility you are speaking of. Good luck in your search.
