I was recently been hired by as a nurse evaluator. I am very excited but find the orientation very challenging. The Stoplight Method of grading is foreign to me. Does it get easier once you get to your team and start evaluating papers? I feel so lost!

I have tried for 2 years to get into education. I am an FNP but really want to work in education. $22 an hour is not much but it takes $20,000 a year off of my student loan for 4 years. If that occurs it will very nearly be paid off by the time I am 65 plus, no weekends, holidays, can work anytime of day, can work in pajama's, etc....

If anyone has worked as an evaluator at WGU could you please comment or IM me if you don't feel comfortable putting it out there in public.

Thank you so much!

I started as an evaluator at . You are welcome to message me if you like- but to your point, it DOES get easier once you start with actual student work.
