Hello!

If anyone else applying for the nursing corps scholarship 2015-2016 is anything like me then you've been googling like crazy trying to find out information on how to apply or what they need or even previous years winner. Soooooo.....if anyone is applying this year around or previously has and was or wasn't accepted please tell me your experience! Here are my stats PLEASE share yours if you'd like....

maryland full time nursing student.

VP of my local student nurses association

1st semester done ( :) ) asking for 2 years assistance

GPA 3.44

EFC 0000

4 years of community service in underserved communities

OMGGGG I GOT THE EMAIL!!!!! SOOOO HAPPY!!!!!! I was casually walking my dog and I checked my email for Nurse Corps! I'm shaking!! They sent the email around midnight for me. Good luck to you guys waiting. I hope you guys hear good news soon! If it helps, I had my credit checked on the 8/29 and I'm from MD.

I have equifax credit monitoring. Anytime there is an inquiry or account added, etc... They notify me. CREDCO showed up and I called CREDCO and they said that their client was HRSA. Keep checking because it looks like people are getting their finalist emails everyday. They may do another round of credit checks next week.

I wasn't going to obsessively check my email again until Monday, but saw bbe3 got an email over night so I had to look for myself. I got one too! So excited!

Has anyone ever heard of someone not getting the award at this point? Like, once they submit this paperwork and enter final review?

Hi Everyone. This is my first time posting. I woke up to an email saying I am a finalist! I have a question about the paperwork. I have never filled out a W-4. Are they just wanting that bottom portion filled out and cut out and turned in?
