I wanted to created this thread for the Vanderbilt Nurse Residency Program for Fall 2018. I know application just opened but thought this would be helpful for questions and what not! I am from out of the area so do not know about Vanderbilt Medical Center except that its super competitive! Best of Luck to everyone!

Hey there! Sorry I'm so late at responding to your feed! I just interviewed for the Winter 2020 NICU track and was wondering if you had any words of wisdom/how much NICU experience did you have prior to interviewing?
